THE CHALLENGE:

A company with a social media linked digital platform, based on exclusive access to the world’s top athletes, wanted to quantify the platform’s social media revenue potential.

OUR WORK:

We carried out a detailed analysis of the digital platform’s social media reach and specifically advised on:

  • The total potential revenue that could be generated by the digital platform from both social media and subscriptions, including global addressable market;

  • Strategies and metrics to drive traffic from social media directly to the business’s owned digital platform; and

  • How to design an analytics system to monitor performance within the platform.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

We successfully quantified the social media revenue potential of the digital platform, which allowed the company to raise the requisite finance to enable the platform’s launch.
